Return or Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Return Policy Exceptions

• Custom garment items are final.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mimiela.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
